We are proud to share that delegates from Horseed International University (HIU) led by the Rector of the university, Dr. Abdikarim Sheik Mohamed Hassan have participated in the first training session of the SMILE Project (Supporting Mobility and Internationalization for Learning and Engagement), co-funded by the European Union.

The training took place at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey, with the contribution of the European Association of Erasmus Coordination (EAEC) bringing together partner institutions to strengthen collaboration and build capacity in international education and mobility.

As the coordinating institution of the SMILE Project, HIU remains committed to advancing internationalization, fostering academic partnerships, and creating meaningful opportunities for learning and engagement across borders.
